How is my estimate calculated?
Daily storage is calculated by bag type and number of 24-hour periods. Pickup and return are added as separate flat fees based on the zone for each location.
What does the $500 protection cover?
Each stored bag is protected up to US$500 against loss or damage to the bag itself. It does not cover the contents, and no contents inventory is taken at pickup.
Where can you meet me?
Planned meeting options include YVR, Canada Place, SkyTrain stations, hotels, residences, offices, and other addresses within the service area.
What items are not accepted?
Do not pack valuables, illegal items, perishables, fragile items, or liquids. Complete terms and bag limits will be shown before a reservation is submitted.
How are skis, bikes, and other large items priced?
Count skis, bikes, and similar items as large luggage. They are included in the instant estimate at US$13.99 per item for each 24-hour period.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We require bookings at least two calendar days before your pickup date so we can plan your service properly.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancel within 24 hours of making your booking for a refund of the service fees, less any non-refundable payment processor fees. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
